About The Event

Tricia and I are happy to join friends and new acquaintances in Courtney/Comox, bringing a Being Held gathering to this area from our home at Sankta Amo in Duncan. We invite you to come and join us in a warm, loving circle of up to 16 people to celebrate each person's worthiness right now, today, no matter what is going on. Not worthy tomorrow, not next week, not next year, not when we fix ourselves, or get this or that done... but right now. There are parts of ourselves we would like to get rid of, there are parts of ourselves that we are not sure of, there are parts of ourselves we feel uncomfortable about (even those really good parts).

Being Held Gatherings are about celebrating the worthiness and message of love that all those parts bring to our completeness. Simply being with each other, creating safe-enough connection through our Pillars of Safety, without fixing, without coaching or counselling, just holding in love, helps us practice being more gentle with ourselves, more able to allow all feelings to be present. Not going over our edges. Just going to our edges. Being Held is not about words, as much as it is about the felt sense of okay-ness when we are safe enough to be held and touched in ways that our body neurology craves and intuitively understands.

So come with comfortable clothes and a water bottle and join us for a day of fun and togetherness, a lovely meal together, and an abiding sense of relaxation and ease.
